Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the renovation! From start to finish, the whole experience was great, and I’m so pleased with how everything turned out. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their work, and that really came through in the attention to detail, the quality of the workmanship, and the pride they took in getting everything just right.

It’s not always easy to find people you can trust in your home, but I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. They were professional, reliable, and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the end result — and I truly am!

I’m incredibly grateful for all the hard work and care that went into making this renovation such a success. The finished result exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and treats your home with care, look no further!

Thank you for such a wonderful job. I really appreciate everything you’ve done Frank!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We hired Class One to upgrade both of our upper-level bathrooms, and the results are absolutely amazing. He replaced our vanities, faucets (both on the vanities and in the bathtubs/showers), fixtures, and even changed out the drain plugs. He also painted both bathrooms entirely and repaired a damaged moulding wall seamlessly. What really sets Frank apart is his professionalism. He was incredibly punctual, showing up exactly when promised, and stuck strictly to his original pricing with no hidden surprises. His communication was excellent throughout the entire project, and he was highly understanding and easy to work with. If you want top-tier craftsmanship and a completely stress-free renovation, I highly recommend Class One!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. He’s not only an exceptional contractor but also a creative designer. I had no idea what I wanted for my backyard in hiding my staircase and finishing a column in the back. He not only designed both but brought them both to life perfectly. An exceptional person also to talk too and deal with. If you have any contracting work needed in your home or office i highly recommend him for your home

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Class One PMI is professional, efficient and thorough!! I hired the team to replace and repair a front entrance closet at a rental property of mine. Within two days of contact, there was a site visit and an immediate follow-up that same evening with multiple options of door styles with prices to choose from. The door of choice was installed within a week. I could not have asked for better service. I had a happy tenant who in turn hired Class One PMI for other miscellaneous repairs.
I would highly recommend Class One PMI if you want the job done right!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We love Frank from Class One General Contracting! He offers a service that is fast, professional and he does it so with care.

Offering emergency services is exactly what we need for our business, but we also use class one general contracting for our needs at home. They not only fix the issues, but they take the time to explain to us why the issue is happening and how it's going to be rectified. Frank, taking the time to explain what needs to be fixed, makes it feel like he really cares and he's a person to trust. Contractors definitely don't take the time to put you at ease the way Frank does.

I've used Frank for an issue I had with my business. He came right in, fixed the problem that night and I was able to resume business the next day. I've also sent Frank to family members homes, knowing we can trust him with anything that needs to be fixed.

I highly recommend using this business. It feels like family, it feels personal and the job gets done. Class One General Contracting - there when you need them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Class One for my main floor and basement renovation, and Frank was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, very responsive, and always took the time to walk me through the process so I felt confident with decisions at each step (and learned quite a lot!).

He checked in regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly and connected me with solid subcontractors when needed. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d recommend Class One to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful contractor.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired class one to do some exterior maintenance around my commercial units and I couldn’t be more happier. They took care of all the window cleaning and fixed up a lot of caulking errors, and the process was easy. Highly recommend!
